This role is for category management of our industry leading fitness bands and watches and select IOT categories. This is a P&L role i.e the category leader will be responsible for driving the revenue and profit for all her categories
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and business performance.
- Own 4Ps of product, price, promotions and distribution
- Take product and price decisions to continue market leadership
- Work with sales teams to drive volumes and profit
- Responsible for positioning of Xiaomi products – drive marketing and schemes
- Come up with innovative marketing ideas and work with marketing team to execute it
- Analyze traffic, conversion and analytics data – both from online and offline
- Understand customer insights and generate market information – helping drive product decisions
- Ensure product quality and inventory at optimum level
- 2+ years of category management preferably in consumer electronics
- Strong technical bent of mind.
- Strong in analytics and data manipulation
