ON phone you can download linux, but yes you can run python basic code using compiler and virtual cloud environments
Ashwini SinhaKeymasterYou can do a hack here make a DIY circuit that has the code and IR led to control the DEVICES and add Bluetooth to it now make an app you can send a command over Bluetooth from another room and control the tv and other appliances

Ashwini SinhaKeymasterL298N gives digital 1 and zero while the servo motor drive on the PWM signal so technically it’s hard o do. But you can try hardware to hack here open the servo and disconnect the servo motor PWM driver circuit and then connect the servo motor terminals directly to L298N motor output

Ashwini SinhaKeymasterYes, now Arduino IDE supports RPI Pico. You can add Raspberry pi pico to IDE from add boards section
Ashwini SinhaKeymasterYes, you can add AI to the drone using Raspberry Pi or any SBC to drone but you have to keep in mind the payload of drone. Here is steps how you can make a AI drone AI drone using Raspberry PI

You can use Arduino Pro Micro or Raspberry Pi pico for HID input. Here is how you make a wireless air mouse or keyboard using Arduino https://www.electronicsforu.com/tag/wireless-mouse-with-arduino
