Have you faced storage issues while working with large files or running AI models locally? This storage helps keep work running and avoids delays.

Team Group Inc. has introduced the T-CREATE CLASSIC H514 M.2 PCIe 5.0 SSD to address demand for data storage in the generative AI era. Built on the PCIe Gen5 x4 interface, the SSD delivers up to 14,200 MB/s read and 13,300 MB/s write speeds. The data transfer supports access to large creative assets and workloads such as video editing, image processing, visual effects, and 3D modeling. It also supports workflows for local AI model inference and training.
The SSD is designed for users handling large data and compute-heavy applications. Video editors can use it to process high-resolution footage and reduce render timelines. Designers and VFX artists can manage large project files and multi-layer compositions. 3D artists can load and work on complex scenes with faster response. AI developers and data engineers can store and run AI language models ranging from 7B to 175B parameters locally, enabling testing, inference, and training without relying on cloud systems. Software developers working on simulation, gaming, and real-time applications can also use it for faster data access and lower latency.
The T-CREATE CLASSIC H514 features a 6 nm controller, delivering read and write latencies of 0.05 ms and 0.015 ms. This reduces data response time and allows coordination with the CPU and GPU during complex, high-resolution, and multi-layered tasks. Built with 3D NAND flash, the SSD offers capacities of up to 4TB, supporting storage and deployment of AI models and enabling local workflows.
For thermal management, the SSD offers two cooling options: a graphene heatsink and an aluminum heatsink. This allows users to select a thermal solution based on their device and cooling requirements. The product is manufactured using halogen-free and lead-free processes and complies with RoHS environmental standards.
