Primary responsibility to ensure seamless testing of products at various stages across the manufacturing process viz ICT – In circuit testing, MFT – Module Functional testing, Final products Testing.
- Knowledge of testers and test equipment’s from Keysight, Aniritsu and R&S
- Understanding of basic testing software
- Calibration of equipment’s
- Troubleshooting of testers for critical failure
- Analytical skills to diagnose product defects
- Setting up of Tester’s/Fixtures for new products introduction
- Understanding of Change management for test plan etc
- Understanding of basic electromechanical test fixtures
- Interaction with vendors for design & development of process
- People management capability to handle a team of Technicians
Additional Requirements
- Basic knowledge of TL9000 Quality systems
- Tester maintenance knowledge
- Spares management
- Basic knowledge of TPM
- Experience in six sigma projects, continuous improvement projects
- Strong communication skills to interact with Global test owners located across multiple locations
