Tools Service Engineer
- After completion of the erection, ensure that the tools are either good or Faulty , if it not operate then raise the report to TCC in charge and procure the same spare-parts as well as maintenance approval.
- Submit the tool audit and failure reports to corporate as per the agreed time lines
Identification and implemention of Cost Saving Ideas to increase the contribution margin
- Ensure the proper usage of tools by the contractors and SGRE Employee , it helps to presentation of failure (i.e. Hydraulic tools, Electrical tools and heavy lifting devices)
- Maintaining the service record and History-card of each and every hydraulic and electrical tools.
- Keep to maintain the trail out report of new implement tools and equipment.
- maintaining the periodically maintenance system, it helps to increase the tools life.
