JOB: Customer Support Engineer At Bayer


Your Role And Responsibilities

  • To execute Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service initiatives
  • To implement and help achieve the Bayer Radiology (devices) and Service set objectives and goals
  • To activate strategies, assist, organize service, Service Marketing and support Product Registration activities in India (This would change as per the location)
  • Execute an efficient Service support and provide Technical, Operational, Service and Product training to OEMs and customers in India (As per location)
  • Ensure good communications with Bayer Radiology regional office and countries, OEMs and customers
  • Support and help resolve problems, update and upgrade customers
  • Act as Bayer Radiology office’s main contact for any Technical Services requirements
  • To perform in product’s evaluations, new product releases, product launches and product registration requirements
  • To assist in distribution management
  • To attend company held or organized training for the purpose of job updating, upgrading and certification

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in medical device business and managing Service for third party distributors
  • Excellent communication skills; customer focus; ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
  • Strong focus on achievement of goals and ability to work across functions
