Handling Packet Core Network Operations and maintaining service availability for PCN nodes with accurate work Focus for, support Hardware/software/configuration related issues, configuration of all Nodes pertaining to PCN domains and emergency handling/outage Support for PCN nodes/products/network!

What You Will Do
- Good knowledge and understanding of the PS CORE nodes in the network
- Good knowledge & understanding of the Trace analysis Wireshark traces
- Work in an efficient way, particularly with respect to the tasks corresponding with their function (level)
- Proficient Knowledge of Packet Core Network and 3GPP standards
- In depth knowledge and Work experience of Huawei PCRF.
- Proficient Knowledge and experience over Rx, Gx, Gy, Ga, Gz, Gn, S2a interface.
- Good knowledge of IP Networks, routing protocols and sub-netting.
- Excellent fix skills of GPRS/Data related issues, Taking and analysing traces for resolution of the issue.
- Solid Understanding of IMS Network
- Proficient Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of WiFi Network is added advantage.
You Will Bring
- IR roaming & testing in co-ordination with partner NW
- Inventory Management for SIMs
- Fix Skills of PS Core Nodes Deployed in Circle
- Fault Handling in Co Ordination with NOC and Back Office
- Daily Report analysis and action plan for KPI Dip
- Routine audit of Parameters of Different PS Core Nodes.
- CR Handling and Co Ordination with SRF Team.
- Customer Complaint resolution in coordination.
- Ensuring PS Core Node Backup Process
- Alignment to Guideline share by Customer /Central Team
- Any other responsibility w.r.t Network upkeep requirements.
- Knowledge and Work experience of Ericsson MSC/BSC
- knowledge of IP Networks, routing protocols and sub-netting.
- Customer Complaint resolution & coordination with Roaming partners.
Education
- Education: Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
