Position: PLC -System Engineer
Primary Skills required for Factory Automation
2-4 years of experience in automobile assembly line automation, Good knowledge of machine logic understanding, PLC programming, HMI designing, VFD, Project development & commissioning, Third party communication like Robot Integration, Nut Runner, Vision Sensors, Camera Integration, Barcode Scanner, Barcode Printer, Servo Positioning application, etc
Primary Skills required for System Engineer
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in automation engineering on PLCs (Siemens PCS 7, S7-300,S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500 TIAPortal, Rockwell, ABB etc.) and SCADA ( WinCC, Wonderware, Cimplicity etc.)
- Should have gone through complete project life cycle from design phase to commissioning.
- Should have exposure to various industry domains such as Process & Factory Automation.
- Hands on exp in Software Development, Logic Development, PLC Programming
- Should be leading Commissioning
- Should have exp in Technical Documents, Fault finding, Project Execution, Remote Site Support
- Retrofittment projects Automation and Drives. ( PLCs, VFDs, Servo Drives, DC Drives)
- Reporting of the project progress
- Good written and spoken English skills
KRAs – Day –to – day tasks
PLC Logic development, HMI Development, Service calls for troubleshooting and rectification of breakdown, Online modification at automobile assembly line, etc.
