Delivers maximum data rates, supports multi-constellation GNSS receivers and helps with internet protocols and digital interfaces
With an M.2 form-factor that is designed to boost efficient wireless connectivity, here’s presenting the FM101, a new LTE Advanced module series by Fibocom that is ideal for applications such as CPE, STB, IIoT etc.
The FM101 wireless module series is powered by the Snapdragon X12+ LTE Modem and supports more than 20 LTE frequency bands as well as WCDMA fallback, delivering maximum data rates of up to 300 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink respectively.
Along with functionalities such as DFOTA, VoLTE and Audio, the Fibocom FM101 module series supports multi-constellation GNSS receiver, including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo for high-performance positioning and navigation.
Operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Android allow the FM101 module to support a rich set of internet protocols and digital interfaces including USIM, USB 3.0/2.0, PCIe 2.0, PCM/I2S and UART.

Currently, the engineering samples of FM101 are available for product testing and development, which provides a solution for OEMs and systems designers with their innovative new products to optimise business operations and processes.
