Despite its interface, the PID temperature controller offers control capabilities. While PLC+IO modules require programming and maintenance, the E62 simplifies temperature regulation with a design. Its Auto-Tune function allows users to optimize PID control parameters with a click, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

The E62 supports inputs from thermocouples (J, K, T, R, S types) and resistance temperature detectors, ensuring compatibility with applications. Output options include Relay, 0-20mA, 0-10V, and 12VDC/30mA SSR drive, making it suitable for devices. For systems requiring data communication, an RS485 module supports Modbus RTU.

Built for reliability, the PID temperature controller includes a parameter lock function to prevent changes and reduce production downtime. Its IP65-rated protection ensures operation in workshop environments, while an LCD display provides readings. Compared to controllers, the E62 features a display with digits, enhancing usability. Its PID algorithm delivers control performance.

The company stated that its experience allowed it to offer the E62 at a competitive price, making it suitable for equipment integration and system development. With its 46×46 mm design, it meets the demand for temperature controllers.
