Power Rectifiers For High-Voltage Use

The bridge rectifiers operate at 800 V and above, withstand temperatures of up to 175°C, consume less power, and are designed to handle power surges in high-voltage systems.

PANJIT’s Industry-Leading Ultra-Low VF Bridges

PANJIT’s HULV Series of Ultra-Low VF Bridge Rectifiers has a reverse voltage rating of 800 V and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. This allows the devices to operate in high-temperature and high-voltage conditions. The series can be utilised in various systems, including AI servers, telecom equipment, gaming platforms, and PC power supplies.

The rectifiers use planar EPI chip junction technology and polyimide protective layers. This construction supports thermal stability and lowers power loss. Users can maintain system operation across different conditions.

The forward voltage is 0.66 V at 175°C. This reduces conduction loss and lowers heat, thereby improving energy efficiency and supporting thermal management in space-limited systems.

The devices also offer a leakage current of 20 µA at 125°C. This reduces power drain when the system is idle and supports system function. Current ratings, ranging from 4 A to 35 A, cater to a wide range of power requirements.

The rectifiers can handle surge currents up to 400 A. This allows them to handle power surges or spikes. They are offered in surface-mount and through-hole packages, making them suitable for different designs.

With a junction temperature rating of 175°C, the series is suitable for use in high-temperature systems. Use cases include power systems for servers, telecom equipment, PCs, gaming, power delivery adapters over 100 W, and display systems over 55 inches.

Some of the key features of the HULV Series include:

  • 800 V reverse voltage rating
  • 175°C maximum junction temperature
  • 0.66 V forward voltage at 175°C
  • 20 µA leakage current at 125°C
  • Current ratings from 4 A to 35 A
  • Surge current handling up to 400 A

With its low forward voltage and thermal stability, PANJIT’s HULV Series supports power usage, system stability, and long operating life. This helps meet the needs of systems that run with high power and temperature.
