Smaller, Smarter Servo System For Industrial Automation

With rapid auto-tuning, real-time multi-axis debugging, and seamless integration across factory systems, this intelligent solution is designed to boost precision and productivity while saving space on the factory floor.

Smaller, Smarter Servo System For Industrial Automation

Panasonic Industry division, part of Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND), has launched the new MINAS E7 Servo Motor Series, engineered to support India’s fast-growing industrial automation sector. Designed with next-gen compactness and intelligence, the MINAS E7 aims to help OEMs across sectors embrace high-performance automation while reducing footprint and setup complexity.

The key features are:

  • Up to 27% smaller than previous 400W-class models — ideal for space-constrained setups
  • Delivers high-speed response frequency of 3.0 kHz for rapid motion control
  • Features 20-bit encoder resolution for enhanced precision
  • Reaches maximum speed of 6000 rpm for high-throughput performance
  • Enables ultra-precise, efficient motion control suited for modern manufacturing demands

Built on Panasonic’s proven A7 core algorithm, it delivers intelligent auto-tuning and high-speed responsiveness packed into a smaller form factor. The servo system features Panaterm 7 software with real-time debugging for up to 32 axes and a TUNINGLESS auto-debugging function that identifies load conditions and adjusts control parameters in under a minute. This minimizes manual tuning effort and helps maintain stability across applications. Ideal for use in packaging, material handling, printing, semiconductor equipment, and inspection machinery, the MINAS E7 is built to work seamlessly across diverse production setups.

Its compatibility with major industrial communication protocols ensures easy integration with MES, SCADA, and ERP systems, supporting smarter factory environments. With a strong footprint across India, Panasonic Industry continues to enable 3000+ customers with consulting and customized solutions across domains like e-mobility, factory automation, HVAC, and logistics from its hubs in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.
