Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic professional for Coordination and Business Development. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, business acumen, and relationship management with distributors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
- Develop and implement business strategies for growth
- Build strong relationships with distributors and partners
- Identify new business opportunities proactively
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth
- Familiarity with the LED lighting industry is mandatory
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred
- Key Skills: Business development, coordination, communication, relationship management, LED lighting industry knowledge
