Key Responsibilities
- Develop a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures, and author test cases based on PRD, Field Failures and DFMEA documents
- Establish and maintain a Validation Master Plan for process, equipment, controlled areas, and packaging validation
- Provide expertise in regulatory compliance
- To Define team goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria
Ideal Candidate
- B.E/ B. Tech in EEE/ECE
- 8 to 15 years of experience in the validation/testing environment
- Solid understanding of functional, safety and reliability aspects of analog, digital and power electronics circuits
- Expertise in developing DVPs, giving design feedback, calculating/ developing reliability test profiles, warranty analysis for Battery, Motor, Motor controller, DC-DC converters, Embedded systems
- Expertise in identifying risks in the system and feeding them to the CFTs and also suggest mitigation plans
- Experience with testing of mixed signals electronics products and tools like multimeter, DSO, Logic analyzer, Function generator, etc.
- Experience in test estimation, deliverable definition, deliverable planning, issue management, issue resolution, reporting, and team management
- Oversee the execution of functional, performance, reliability and safety testing
- In-depth knowledge of Black box testing, SIL and HIL test platform & automotive communication protocols (e.g. CAN, LIN, Flexray)
- Had opportunities and delivered handling multiple projects simultaneously
