A new interactive display platform now runs on Android 16, combining AI-assisted teaching and collaboration tools with 4K visuals, multi-user touch support, remote device management, and enhanced security for classrooms and meeting spaces.

LOGIC AV has upgraded its ZX Series Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) with Android 16, replacing the earlier Android 14 platform to improve performance, security, AI capabilities, and collaboration features for educational institutions, training centres, and enterprise meeting spaces.
The Android 16 upgrade brings faster system responsiveness, stronger privacy and security protections, improved multitasking, and AI-driven optimisations designed to support interactive learning and professional collaboration. The Google EDLA-certified platform also provides access to Google services while maintaining enterprise-grade security and application compatibility.
The key features are:
- Google EDLA-certified Android 16 platform
- 40-point touch with 20-point simultaneous writing
- 9-way wireless screen sharing with split-screen support
- Remote web-based device management with role-based access
- Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, HDMI, DP, and TF card expansion
The series is powered by an octa-core processor featuring four Cortex-A72 and four Cortex-A53 CPU cores, paired with a three-core Mali-G52 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB onboard storage. A TF card slot allows additional storage expansion for educational content and multimedia resources.
For collaborative use, the display supports 40-point touch and 20-point simultaneous writing, allowing multiple users to interact with the screen at the same time. The high-precision touch interface is designed for writing, annotation, and group activities in classrooms, training sessions, and conference rooms.
An integrated AI assistant, NeoAI, adds intelligent productivity features including AI-powered question answering, handwritten note organisation, quiz generation, content explanation, sketch-to-image conversion, multilingual subtitles, and video assistance. The bundled Note Pro application further expands functionality with handwriting-to-text conversion, cloud file sharing, support for PPT and PDF files, interactive educational content, and multilingual collaboration tools.
The display features a 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) panel with 10-bit colour depth, 72% NTSC colour gamut, 450-nit brightness, and a 178-degree viewing angle for detailed image reproduction. Connectivity options include HDMI, USB 3.0, USB Type-C, DisplayPort, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, TF card support, wireless screen sharing for up to nine devices, and split-screen viewing.
IT administrators can centrally monitor and manage deployed displays using the web-based Device Management System (DMS), enabling remote configuration, application deployment, announcement broadcasting, and role-based access management across multiple installations.
