In your new role you will:
- Work side-by-side with senior leaders, mid-level managers andfront-line managers and to coach them in people matters and adapt anddeploy people strategy to the needs of the business.
- Make an active contribution to executing the business strategy tobest consult the local management teams
- Focus on all people related matters by consulting for best fitapplication of HR policies and tools
- Provide guidance on transactional HR topics via People Service team only
- Advise talents on career, partner with global HR teams to facilitateTalent Summits Advise managers and employees on people development (e.g. implementand facilitate the HR cycle; leadership development; OD and OT)
- Deliver ideas, tools, data and diagnostics to the local managers,actively consult on topics such as Work force planning, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning.
- Facilitate feedback sessions, e.g. leadership dialog, ConductIntegration & Onboarding for New managers (New Manager Assimilationsessions)
- Handle difficult issues in compliance and employee relations Support & Coach managers in developing their leadership teams
- Own the governance for HR topics, e.g. grading, compensationdecisions, recruiting decisions, diversity & inclusion
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- BSEE or MSEE or an engineering degree in a similar discipline
- Knowledge of non-volatile memory for automotive and industrial applications
- Good knowledge of passive, active components and simple analog/digital circuits
- Experience with C, C++ and Verilog is a plus Experience in using lab equipment including DMM, oscilloscope, function generator and network analyzer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent sense of expected quality for deliverables
