Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in PCB design/layout using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad.
- Support PCB assembly, including both surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole components.
- Perform soldering, inspection, and rework of prototype boards.
- Assist in robot assembly, repair, wiring, and integration of sensors, actuators, and controllers.
- Collaborate with engineers during prototype builds, testing, and debugging.
- Read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.
- Debug electronic circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Document assembly processes and maintain production/test logs.
- Follow ESD handling procedures and lab safety standards.

Other Requirements
- Exposure to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) concepts.
- Experience with Gerber file generation and PCB fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610).
- Hands-on work with sensors, microcontrollers, or embedded systems.

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 420000 to 540000/year
