5 – 7 years industry experience in the field of Electronics repair and Service of DC plasma/ Bipolar/ RF Plasma

Field Service, quality technical support to customers, speedy recovery of breakdowns, installation start up, preventive maintenances & provide operator’s maintenance training as per pre-set processes.
Follow all the defined processes:
- Communication with courtesy has to be at core of the team leader through telephone, letter, or email.
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure a high quality, satisfactory & prompt service support to the customers.
- Responsible for meeting the service standards as per the defined KPI’s.
- Responsible for solving the customer problems by using remote access.
- Responsible for SIS missions with proper documentation.
- Responsible for weekend / public holidays telephone support to customers.
- Responsible for daily updating the visit details.
- Responsible to take feedback of machine performance from customer before closing the mission, within the defined timeline.
- Provide feedback to reporting Manager based on observations & customer remarks.
- Responsible for strong coordination between service, sales, spares, customer care, application & accounts as per defined processes.
- Interact with all the contact persons at HQ and other places to provide support to the customers for escalated cases.
