Position Summary
We are seeking Fresh Electronics Service / Repair Technicians who are enthusiastic about starting their career in industrial electronics repair. This role is designed for ITI, Diploma, or Graduate pass-outs with basic electronics knowledge and a passion to learn. Candidates will be trained under senior technicians, gaining practical experience in PCB repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial electronic equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in repairing and maintaining industrial electronic instruments.
- Learn basic soldering and PCB-level repair tasks.
- Support in troubleshooting and identifying common issues in electronic equipment.
- Follow established repair processes and maintain quality standards.
- Document daily repair activities and maintain records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workbench and tools.
- Stay open to continuous learning and training in advanced repair techniques.
Requirements / Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (Freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
- Willingness to learn soldering and handling of PCBs.
- Strong interest in electronics repair and service industry.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
