- Role: Hardware Engineer
- Essential Qualifications: B. Tech – Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Desirable Qualifications: M. Tech, PhD – Power Electronics, Embedded Systems
- Years of Experience: 3-5 Years (Digital Power/SMPS design/Power electronics hardware design /Power Electronics Embedded System design)
Required Skill
- Experience in Power Converter, Inverter, DC-DC converter designing, prototyping and full life cycle involvement in product development activities.
- Relevant hands on experience in Embedded Software Development Projects based on DSP microcontrollers
- Understanding of Control System and Control loop implementation in Assembly, CLA / C language
- Experienced in Computer Aided Design using programs such as MATLAB, PSIM, ORCAD, pSPICE, ALTIUM, Multisim, ALEGRO
- Hands on experience in analog and digital design for power electronics products
- Hands on experience in Hardware testing & debugging with the help of power analyzer, CRO, Signal Generators, LCR meter etc. Familiar with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies and other standard EE lab equipment
- Should have thorough knowledge in Various Switching Topologies like Fly-back, Forward, Half Bridge, Full Bridge etc.
- Should have thorough knowledge about Power Electronic Devices like, BJTs, Power MOSFETs, IGBTs, Schottky Diodes, etc.,
- Good Knowledge about Analog and Power Circuit design, MOSFET Drive circuits, Control ICs, and other Passive Devices etc.,
- Good Knowledge about EMI/EMC concepts and Design Techniques, in Power electronics and High speed digital circuits,
- Should understand PCB Layout concepts and techniques for power and digital circuits.
