Roles & Responsibilities
- Jigs and Fixtures Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing jigs and fixtures tailored for PCB assembly.
- Assembly, Testing, and Installation: Conduct the assembly, testing, and installation of jigs and fixtures, ensuring they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on jigs and fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
- Electronic Circuit Design: Design electronic circuits optimized for jigs and fixtures, enhancing efficiency and functionality.
- Software Integration: Possess a good understanding of the software required to operate jigs and fixtures, ensuring smooth integration with hardware components.
- Automation: Explore opportunities to automate jigs and fixtures, thereby improving assembly processes.
Qualifications
Diploma or graduate degree in electronics/electrical or a related field.
Requisite Skills
Strong understanding of software necessary for jig and fixture operation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in electronic circuit design and troubleshooting
Experience
3 to 7 years of experience in designing, assembling, testing, and maintaining jigs and fixtures for PCB assembly.
