Recruitment of 5000 Freshers Under the Campaign ‘’New Vistas’’

HCL Technologies plans to hire 5000 fresher candidates this year as part of its New Vista programme for its centres in Noida, Lucknow, Madurai and Nagpur

HCL Technologies is organising a Mega Recruitment Drive in Noida on 4th and 5th of August 2018. Under this programme, the company is hiring 5000 fresher candidates for its centres in Noida, Lucknow, Madurai and Nagpur. According to the company, this campaign would bring attrition and stability in migration and working operations.

Sanjay Gupta, Executive Vice President & Program Director said that the number of people migrates to metro cities for work. Many of them want to go back if they get such opportunities in their hometown. He also added that making such opportunities in their home places would promote local workforce and bring more stability.

Walk-in drive at Noida campus

Currently, the company is carrying out a mega recruitment drive at its Noida campus on 4th and 5th of August under the programme. This will be open to Delhi-NCR residents only.

The training under New Vistas is not only looking for the engineers but also non-engineers and 12th pass outs. The total count is of equipping 1000 Delhi-NCR freshers where 500 would be chosen from an engineering background, 350 from a non-tech background and the remaining 150 would be the 12th pass outs.

Fresher candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will undergo fee-based training ranging between Rs 1 lakh-2.5 lakhs on technical skills and post completion of training, they will be offered to work with HCL Technologies. This training will be provided by HCL Training and Staffing Services  (HCL TSS), a subsidiary of HCL Technologies. Selected candidates will work across application development, testing, IT maintenance and support. Well, selection of candidates is subject to them meeting the eligibility criteria and clearing the selection process.
