Founded in 2008, ARF Design (www.arf-design.com) is an IC layout company. We provide full custom layout design services to the global semiconductor industry. Our services include analog, RF/mm Wave, mixed-signal, IOs ESDs, Memory and digital layout designs. ARF Design Pvt Ltd, is an IC layout design services organization with mission to provide quality layout design services to Semiconductor companies in India and abroad. We have a team of young and talented leaders and employees, recognized as experts in the industry. Our company has offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ranchi and Bhubaneswar.
Selection Process
- Written exam (Basic network theory, basic electronics and digital electronics)
- Interview: Selected candidates will be having an interview.
- Final Declaration of Selection.
- The selected candidates will be placed as trainee engineers for six months; during this period, they will be trained on the IC design process at Ranchi / Bhubaneswar Design Centre and after the completion of training period the trainee will be placed at Bhubaneswar Design Center.
- Selected candidates will be hired as an employee of ARF. First 6 months they will get a stipend of 9K in training and after training salary would be up to 3.15 Lakhs CTC per annum.
Service Agreement
There will be an agreement between you and ARF from the 1st day of joining for 5 years. If an employee leaves before the completion of this 5-year service agreement, the company will not issue any documents like relieving letters, experience certificates, or other related documentation. However, any employee who wishes to leave and obtain the above-mentioned documents before completion of this 5-year service agreement may do so upon payment of INR 5Lakhs to the Company on account of the service agreement fee.
