Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical, mechatronics, or a related field from a Tier 1 technology institute with a strong academic record; a postgraduate degree with a specialization in operations or related fields is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in electronics design (R&D), strategic sourcing, or supplier development within an electronics design house, consumer electronics, or home appliances company
- Proven expertise in PCBA schematic/design, system architecture, component selection, testing, and development
- Hands-on experience in design-led cost optimization, including material/specification changes, product design/architecture modifications, and other product value chain levers
- Awareness of the latest industry trends and innovations, particularly in value enhancement and cost improvement
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to conduct relevant analyses, gather critical information, and make logical assumptions when required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and unstructured environments, where priorities evolve constantly and methodologies are regularly challenged
- Exhibit self-motivation and highly service-orientated work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
