Responsibilities
- Management of daily LAB activities as per ISO 17025, develop contact with HO & Asian team, create requirements, trained people.
- Maintain projects, prepare & Implement test plans (TP) in collaboration with Project Manager, SSA LAB & Asian Team.
- Arrange the product certification from ext LAB. Manage LAB NABL accréditation, BIS certification
- Manage & Develop Test automation means for quick and fast testing required.
- Make efficient in LabVIEW, Test Stand and Automation products.
- Identify special and critical team skills.
- Manage the community of practice on accepted topics
- Management of Switchgear product testing
- Automatization of Testing to reduce test time and improve test efficiency.
- Responsible for Test bench specification preparation, vendor identification, development with supplier and commissioning.
- Management of inhouse and off shore product testing
- Knowledge of NABL and BIS certification
Qualifications
Bachelor of Electrical / Electronic Engineering
