Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize electrode fabrication processes (mixing, coating, calendaring) for improved efficiency and quality.
- Hands-on experience in equipment handling and troubleshootin
- gIdentify and address production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining process stability.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven improvements.
- Implement process improvements based on data analysis to enhance throughput, reduce defects, and optimize material usage.
- Optimize cell assembly processes (cylindrical, pouch & prismatic form factors) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure assembled cells meets the design specifications. – Analyze process data to identify trends and implement improvements that enhance productivity and product reliability.
