Responsibilities
- Provide technical and engineering insight and direction to support and improve usability, applicability and adoption of products, platforms and solutions to meet customer business needs
- Design and implement validation tests for all new features and enhancements
- Analyze customer incoming for weak area identification and refactoring
- Ensure extensive coverage of customer flows and methodologies in internal test suite
- Working closely with R&D to ensure quality and readiness of solution for customer deployment
- Coaching/mentoring junior employees, if needed
Requirements
Typically requires:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience (knowledge of simulation, testbench and timing constraints)
- Working knowledge of tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
- Expertise in HDL and development of test plan and test case scenarios
- Handling conflicts and customer issues
- Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways within functional area
- Building productive cross-team relationships
