HoverRobotix launched the concept of hoverboards in India under the leadership of founder and chief executive officer Munish Jindal. He established the company with the vision of bringing the human race closer to artificial intelligence (AI), by providing a sustainable future to the upcoming generation, through a green mode of transportation. Hoverboards from HoverRobotix are eco-friendly and run at zero cost.
Jindal came back from Australia with a spark in his eyes to do something for his fellow citizens in India. That laid the foundation for HoverRobotix. His company is solving some of the biggest problems like day-to-day commuting, traffic jams, congestions, pollution, noise and so on, by proving an eco-friendly, green electric vehicle (EV) that makes no noise or emissions, and does not require servicing or maintenance.
Jindal says, “Doing business in India can be challenging. It is important to understand the culture and way of living of Indian people. Patience is the key word—doing business in India takes time. This is partly because bureaucracy is still flying high, along with cumbersome processes, legal framework, lags in logistics and so on. India is a growing economy and a country with great opportunities. While the market potential is huge, turning the opportunities into real business is challenging.”
He adds, “India has improved a lot, but there is still room for improvement. But, it is definitely headed in the right direction, to become a global business hub very soon.”
The road ahead
HoverRobotix offers personal mobility solutions, making it much easier going from one place to another. The hoverboards are rechargeable autobots that take you places without burning any fuel.
HoverRobotix also provides hoverkart, a seating option for the hoverboards, to make the experience comfortable.
Recently, HoverRobotix provided a new lease of life to the physically challenged with its hoverkart hoverboards.
The company aims to build on the three focus areas, namely, profitable growth, relentless execution and continuous innovation. It will keep building on its innovative and quality product portfolio.
Collaboration opportunities with HoverRobotix. Jindal says, “We are looking for anyone with potential across the nation to partner with us through our distribution channels. We are looking for like-minded human beings, who are dedicated, determined and hard-working, and share the same vision—not someone who can only invest heavily.”
Entrepreneurial insights and inspiration
On his secret for success, Jindal shares, “One must be persistent, passionate and patient enough. The only way to do great work is to do what you love and love what you do. Have a vision. While many people have business ideas, it is important to have a long-term vision.
“Spend wisely. This is perhaps the most important piece of advice I can give you. Often, lack of funding is a barrier for young entrepreneurs looking to start a business.
“Sacrifice! Working for yourself means fully embracing the concept of delayed gratification. We do not like to wait. We do not want to resist a smaller immediate reward today for a larger or more enduring reward years down the line. But that is not how a business works. A good business is built over time (most take years). You have to be prepared to put in the time, effort and money and to sacrifice your wants—whether it is updating your wardrobe, furnishing your house, splurging on a nice dinner and drink, or accepting social invitations. Sacrifice does not feel good, but it is part of the journey. One should never be in a rush, be patient and build an empire brick by brick.
“Last, but not the least, we rise by uplifting others. Do something for others for nothing in return.”
