When GPS signals go down, navigation can fail and cause serious problems. A super-stable clock can keep systems running safely in tough conditions.

GNSS outages can put critical operations at risk. Troops navigating rough terrain, industrial vehicles in remote areas, or aerospace systems all face problems when satellite signals are lost, as mountains, buildings, jamming, or spoofing can disrupt positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT). Even minutes without accurate timing can cause navigation errors, system disruptions, or collisions.
Traditional quartz oscillators lose precision quickly under shock, vibration, or temperature extremes, forcing PNT systems to widen frequency scans during GNSS loss. This increases timing uncertainty and the risk of spoofing, while navigation errors can grow to hundreds of kilometers in harsh environments.
SiTime’s ENDR-TTT Super-TCXO addresses these challenges. It provides ultra-stable holdover, maintaining accurate timing and positioning for up to 20× longer than standard oscillators. Its rugged design survives harsh conditions, while built-in resilience against jamming and spoofing keeps PNT systems reliable when GNSS signals are unavailable.
For aerospace, defense, and industrial applications, the ENDR-TTT ensures systems keep working accurately even in contested or extreme environments. By combining precision, stability, and resilience in a compact package, it reduces operational risk and supports continuous, reliable navigation and timing where it matters most.
“SiTime’s Endura Super-TCXO, ENDR-TTT, allows us to create a multi-layer anti-spoofing methodology,” said Paul McBurney, GNSS expert, CTO and co-founder at OneNav. “The first layer minimizes the search window, preventing spoofing because signals outside the window are never tracked. The second layer addresses exceptionally large search windows, such as in first acquisition, where spoofers can be tracked. In this case, the spoofer signals can be identified and removed due to SiTime’s ultra-stable reference clock.”
“Our latest product delivers a powerful combination of superior performance, low power and small size, that leads the industry for PNT applications,” said Piyush Sevalia, executive vice president of marketing at SiTime.
