IBASE Technology Inc. has introduced the IB996 Full-Size CPU Card, designed for industrial and embedded applications. Compatible with 14th, 13th, and 12th Gen Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3 desktop processors, this CPU card adheres to the PICMG 1.3 standard and uses the Intel Q670E chipset.

The full-size CPU card suits professionals and organizations in industrial automation, transportation, and medical systems. In industrial automation, it can be used for factory equipment control, robotics, and process monitoring, while in transportation, it supports applications like traffic management, in-vehicle computing, and rail monitoring systems. In medical systems, it is suited for diagnostic equipment, patient monitoring, and laboratory automation. Additionally, it benefits system integrators, engineers, and developers, creating embedded solutions requiring high performance, reliability, connectivity, and expandability for demanding environments.

The CPU card supports up to 64GB of DDR5 memory via dual DIMM slots and includes networking capabilities with two Intel 2.5G LAN ports. Integrated Intel Xe graphics provide display outputs such as DVI-I, LVDS, and DVI-D. Connectivity options include 8x USB 3.2, 5x SATA III, 4x COM ports, and 2x M.2 sockets, with the M-Key supporting PCIe NVMe storage solutions for data transfer.
