5G IoT Module For High-Speed Connectivity

Cavli Wireless has introduced the CQM200, a 5G NR Sub-6 Cellular IoT module designed for high-speed, data-intensive applications. Built to meet 3GPP Release 17 standards, the module delivers download speeds of up to 3.7 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps. It features a Qualcomm SDX72 chipset, a Quad-Core Arm Cortex A55 processor, and a Qualcomm Hexagon DSP processor for efficient computing. The module can be used by OEMs designing IoT-enabled devices, system integrators deploying end-to-end solutions, telecom operators providing connectivity services, and fleet or asset management companies requiring real-time tracking.

The CQM200 supports 3x Carrier Aggregation (3CA) and a 100MHz bandwidth, ensuring reliable connectivity even in congested networks. It is suited for applications requiring ultra-low latency, such as industrial automation, smart surveillance, and autonomous vehicles. Global compatibility is enhanced with eSIM support and multi-constellation GNSS (L1+L5), enabling precise positioning for asset tracking and other location-based services.

Industries such as Industry 4.0, smart cities, and logistics benefit from the module’s capabilities. It enables real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance in manufacturing, supports intelligent infrastructure in urban areas, and improves tracking in transportation.

Integration with Cavli Hubble allows remote diagnosis, monitoring, and debugging, simplifying IoT deployments. Cavli’s partnerships with global operators further enhance connectivity, making the module a strong choice for next-generation IoT solutions.
