Responsibilities
- Project identification in MM / Focus Customers.
- Understand the complete Project Requirement Block-wise & support on Nexperia Products
- Effectively position products against the competition by demonstrating product capabilities.
- Pre- sales technical presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolution specific to customer needs.
- Monthly Project review with Key Customer /Key Projects & Disties. Update on High/Low Light and support required for the internal team.
- Quarterly Trainings and Events to Customer‘s Engineering team & Disty FAEs/PM
- Successfully builds relationships with sales, business groups, customers in support of sales team objectives.
- Quarterly review activities and Performance / Progress of Key Activities (Segment, Application etc.)
- Tech day at customers, Exhibitions and Seminar
- Interface with the BGs on new product development
Requirements
- Knowledge in Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer applications Block diagram
- BE/B.Tech in Electronics
- 5-8 years Exp
- Knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry and customers in India
- Knowledge on Power devices, i.e., MOSFET, GAN, SIC, IGBT, etc., working Principles & important Parameters to consider in different applications.
- Hands-on Experience on SMPS Controllers, LDO, DC-DC converters, Load Switches, Ideal Diode, I2C Interface etc.
- Knowledge on Hardware Simulation Software, PCB layout software
- Knowledge of sales and Demand creation through distribution channel.
- Understand Design Problem & Solve Customer Technical Problem
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers’ engineering team
