Role Overview
We need a Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer who has personally taken IoT products from concept → 100k+ mass production. You’ll lead design, development & optimization of embedded hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect hardware using ESP32, EC200U, LoRa, Bluetooth
- Lead schematic design, PCB review & BOM optimization
- Integrate E-metering & battery management systems
- Own full lifecycle: prototype → trials → certification → 100k+ units
- Collaborate with R&D, firmware & production teams
- Manage QA, testing & factory engagement
Must-Have
- 6+ yrs embedded hardware design (IoT)
- Strong expertise: ESP32, EC200U, LoRa, Bluetooth, low-power design
- Hands-on with E-metering, power management, battery systems
- Proven 100k+ unit product scale-up
- Experience with CE/RoHS certifications & testing
Preferred (Bonus)
- Firmware/driver integration experience
- Familiar with production jigs, factory QA
- Passion for energy efficiency & sustainability
