The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet quality, performance, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

PCB & Schematic Design:

1. Create and review detailed schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, Or CAD, KiCad).
2. Develop circuit designs, select components, and optimize layouts for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal management.

Prototyping & Testing:

1. Collaborate with the prototyping team to build and test hardware prototypes.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the design and production phases.

Design Validation & Documentation:

1. Conduct design reviews, verification, and validation of hardware designs to meet specifications and industry standards.
2. Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate hardware and software functionalities seamlessly.
2. Communicate design concepts and technical details eƯectively with team members and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in hardware engineering.
2. Identify and implement improvements to enhance design eƯiciency, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Fresher.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad).
2. Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, signal integrity, power management, and high-speed design techniques.
3. Experience with simulation and analysis tools is a plus.

Soft Skills

1. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
