The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in calibration of electronic instruments and a working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability of measurement equipment used in manufacturing and service operations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Perform calibration of electronic instruments and equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies).
- Maintain calibration records and ensure traceability to national/international standards.
- Develop and implement calibration procedures in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic instruments as needed.
- Support internal and external audits related to calibration and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely calibration and minimize the Turnaround time .
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians when required.
- Coordinate on Annual calibration of Equipment which are calibration standards of the lab.
- Do Inhouse and onsite calibration.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years in electronic calibration and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of calibration principles and measurement uncertainty.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using calibration software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ready to travel for onsite calibration on short notice, Bengaluru and across India for 2 to 3 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
- Experience in an accredited calibration laboratory.
- Knowledge of metrology and international standards.
- Ability to manage multiple calibration projects simultaneously.
