Solitaire has introduced the PTK 362 Pro PTZ camera, a new AI-enabled device aimed at improving video communication across hybrid environments such as classrooms, boardrooms, and studios. The launch reflects the growing demand for more intelligent and adaptable visual systems as remote and in-person interactions continue to merge.
The PTK 362 Pro is built around a high-performance CMOS sensor with 8.5 million pixels, enabling 4K ultra-high-definition video output. This allows for sharper image quality, improved colour accuracy, and better depth representation, even in changing lighting conditions. The camera also features 20x optical zoom, along with additional digital zoom capabilities, and supports wide pan and tilt movements, making it suitable for capturing both individual speakers and larger group settings.
A notable aspect of the system is its use of AI-driven features designed to automate camera operation. Functions such as auto tracking, auto framing, and voice tracking allow the device to follow movement and adjust composition without manual control.
