Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree (4-year course) from a recognised institute/university.
- Eligible Disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering

- Candidates must have secured PASS class in the qualifying degree.

0–1 year of industrial experience. Freshers are eligible to apply. - Project Engineer-I:
Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits Structure
Trainee Engineer-I Salary
- 1st Year: ₹30,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹40,000 per month (if extended)
Project Engineer-I Salary
- 1st Year: ₹40,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month
- 4th Year: ₹55,000 per month
Additional Benefits & Allowances
