Your Role
- A leading role to improve automotive product Yield, Quality & Reliability
- Conduct in-depth electrical and device-level failure analysis (IC/passive) to identify root causes and apply structural problem-solving methodology
- Launch and support on new product / Engineering Change activities. Initiate & drive cost reduction activities
- Analyse customer complaints and product quality improvement plan
- Own product design of current production as an EE integrator. DFMEA – Review when a change impacts it and before a change is implemented
- Perform product systems checkout, memory verification, and product teardown as required according to system documentation and equipment availability
- Participate/demand MBOM, EBOM, and drawing reviews
- Determine root cause and implement corrective actions for design, software, systems, and CCNV according to DPS requirements
- Initial assessment and technical evaluation of product changes and supplier changes
- New program support for product system checkout, bench setup, product knowledge training and Maintain Laboratory equipment
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Familiar in electrical & electronic measurement lab tools
- Familiar with automotive short-range radar, sensing technology
- Matlab, electronic communication, signal processing, antenna, sensing technology
- Future driverless car concept
- Embedded software and other basic Software skills
- Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with hardware design related and PCBA knowledge
- Good communication skill with result orientation
