Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation of test strategies for ICs, including defining test coverage goals and approaches.
- Work on the implementation of scan chains and test registers within the IC design.
- Contribute to the development of boundary scan and JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) logic for IC testing.
- Assist in the design and integration of memory built-in self-test (BIST) structures within the IC.
Who can apply

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 14th Oct’23 and 18th Nov’23
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
