This is an on-site internship role for an Embedded Developer based in Pune City. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing embedded software for IoT and fleet management devices, working closely with the R&D team. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing features on ARM-based platforms, debugging firmware and hardware interfaces, and optimizing code for performance and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with senior engineers to integrate embedded devices with cloud services, documenting technical work, and supporting system validation and field trials. Interns will gain hands-on experience with production-grade embedded systems used in large-scale logistics and supply chain applications.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Programming and Software Development for embedded or systems-level applications.
- Practical experience or coursework in Embedded Software design and ARM Architecture.
- Ability to perform systematic Debugging of firmware, drivers, and hardware–software interactions.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or similar low-level languages; exposure to RTOS or bare-metal development is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of basic electronics, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN) is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site collaborative environment, with good problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Interest in IoT, fleet management, or logistics technology and willingness to learn from hands-on projects.
