Job Role: Design, Development & testing of Converters, Inverter & Battery Chargers
Qualification: Degree in Electronics / Electrical
Experience: 3- 7 years
Skills and Knowledge
- Candidate must possess sound knowledge of various power conversion topologies: Converter,
- Inverter, rectifier configurations, buck-boost designs, power factor control & related.
- Must have ‘hands on’ experience in designing of low/medium power Switch Mode Power
- Supplies- SMPS- AC/DC and DC/DC converters and testing procedures
- Candidate must have thorough understanding on the selection criteria & key specifications of all electronic components and should be able to independently select based on the design requirements
- Must be capable of interpreting the electrical parameters in the device data sheets
- Must have worked on PCB layout design software.
- Candidate must have strong working knowledge in the design of analogue and mixed signal circuits.
- Must have handled test equipments like AC/DC Power sources, electronic loads, temperature probes, Oscilloscopes etc
- Must have sound knowledge / understanding of Magnetic materials, transformer and inductor designs for SMPS and must be familiar with thermal analysis and estimation of heat sink requirements in the design
- Should be familiar with EMI/EMC Standards, testing procedures, and designing for the same
