This is a full-time on-site role in Noida as an Embedded Testing Engineer at JSD Electronics India Private Limited. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to embedded systems testing, ensuring the quality and functionality of electronic products.
- Responsible for Unit testing, Module testing & Integration testing this includes both Field & Desk testing.
- Test Planning and Test Case Design and Preparation.
- System or software testing.
- Testing of all existing and new products.
- Involves the testing of complex algorithms.
- Supporting Field Engineers in resolving technical aspects in the Field.
- Ensure developed test content able to compile and able to execute in target testers in an automated environment.
- Ensure developed test content able to report the desired intent coverage value.
- Debug, root cause, and resolve failures in test content.
- Port legacy manual test content and update automated test environment.
- Able to understand customer requirements and translate to implementation actions/tasks.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge about GSM, GPS, and Telecom Network, IoT, CAN and Automotive Networks
- Knowledge about interrupts, different microcontroller and their working
- Expertise in Functional and System Testing, Testing methods & Testing tools, Telematics Device field validation
- Experience in communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C etc., Debugging skills
- Knowledge of Automotive Test Standards and Automotive Practices would be preferred
