Responsibilities
- Ensure and Own the Process for effective Support on Reported Failures across the Module
- Facilitate and conduct RCA, Failure analysis and other quality issues with sub-modules and stakeholders outside the module
- Ensure closed-loop quality by recording and implementing all modes of lessons learned in new projects
- Identify and Initiate Quality Improvements in the module
- Assess Process Deviation in the module product development process
- Propel the usage of DFMEA and ensure it is updated with new failure modes
- Quantitative and qualitative risk assessment
- Coordination on CTQs with suppliers and colleagues in the Global QSE dept
- Propel/Facilitate LPF related projects across sub-modules and in other value chain
- Propel Continuous improvement cases (CIM) and Field failure cases across module
- Responsible for Performance Dashboard
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Power System / Power Electronic / Similar Specialization
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Design and Development, with thorough Knowledge in the SW Development Cycle. Capable of defining the vision within the field of Design Quality/Reliability
- Good communication skills in English orally and written
- Good leadership and communication skills and capable of acting as a motivator
- Capable of delivering short-term results without losing the long-term visionÂ
