Key Responsibilities
NPD Activities

- Compression Tech Work in Compression Technology Products with focus on motors (both fixed & variable speed) for hermetic compressors
- Understand Project & Work Scope, plan and deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline
- Make effective use of software Ansys-RMxprt & Siemens-NX to design motors Lead document release activities of Product
- Design Thru RFES, build Inputs For Proto Manufacturing & Test inputs Prepare engineering documentation including motor specifications & bill of materials
NPD Activities – Units & Systems
- Work in Compression Technology Products with focus on motors (both fixed & variable speed) for hermetic compressors

Value Engineering
Work with the Engineering VE team to develop new cost reduction ideas in electrical & electronic parts in both Compression Tech & Units products
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors/master’s in electrical engineering Proficiency in CAD (Siemens-NX preferred); Electromagnetics simulation knowledge added advantage
- Basic knowledge of motors, controllers & contactors required Basic knowledge of HVAC & Compressors required
