The Customer Support Engineer will be based at ASB’s Andheri office and will be responsible for delivering technical service across the country and at times, outside it. You will develop the skills to install, test, troubleshoot and repair core electronic equipment in the marine research sector. This includes in-house/on-site troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, training and breakdown support of various types of equipment on an as-needed basis. Your work will involve interaction with leading scientists and analysts in the scientific research domain.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Graduation (Electronics/ Telecom / Instrumentation Engineering)
- Ability to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crises and leverage expert help.
- Self-Managed, Multitasking.
- Must possess strong customer orientation, organized, analytical and able to maintain a long-term customer satisfaction level.
- Excellent team player, actively participating in a collaborative environment, assisting colleagues on complex queries and sharing knowledge with team members.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent communication – both verbal and written.
