• Responsible for Service Support, Annual Maintenance contracts, Repairs in regions.
• To work in shift basis at assigned Key account.
• Timely closure of calls, first time right, improved customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with respective stake holders internally to meet customer expectations. 

Qualification

• Diploma/ Degree in electrical/electronic engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in field of Machine tools
• Knowledge about commissioning & troubleshooting of Sinumerik controls, Systems, Drives, and motors is necessary.
• Willing for extensive travelling on short notice.
