Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Product evaluation and specification.
- Product research and development.
- Quality action on product issues.
- Liaison with statutory bodies and test houses.
- Provide technical support to other departments.
- Product and packaging briefs.
- Supplier liaison, including shipping/purchasing, quality control and packaging issues.
- Identifying and introducing new product opportunities within allocated ranges.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor or post-graduate qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).
- Spoken Mandarin – a definite advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High focus on end delivery and results.
