We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of next-generation air pollution control systems, focusing on hardware design, testing, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electronic hardware systems for industrial air pollution control equipment
- Create detailed hardware specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools
- Develop and implement testing procedures for hardware validation and quality assurance
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure proper hardware-software integration
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues and implement solutions
- Work with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth transition from prototype to production
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
- Maintain detailed documentation of designs, modifications, and testing procedures
- Interface with customers to understand technical requirements and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design
- Proficiency in PCB design and layout using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar)
- Experience with microcontroller-based system design
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, CAN)
- Experience with EMC/EMI compliance and design considerations
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems or pollution control equipment
- Experience with sensor integration and signal conditioning
- Understanding of power electronics and motor control
- Experience with wireless communication protocols (WiFi, BLE, LoRa)
- History of successful product development from concept to production
- Experience working with contract manufacturers
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
