JOB: Enterprise Sales Manager- Electronic Components At Innovalus Technologies Pvt Ltd In India

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic team, specializing in electronic components. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the electronics market in India, experience with government and educational procurement portals like Atal Tinkering Labs and GeM, and a proven track record in enterprise-level sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in enterprises with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) that extensively use electronic boards.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Regularly travel across India to meet potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive offerings.
  • Work closely with distribution networks, managing and overseeing the distribution of electronic DIY products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, specifically within the electronics components industry.
  • Strong network and experience dealing with Atal Tinkering Labs, GeM portals, and electronic DIY product manufacturers and dealers.
  • Manage all B2B partnerships- Tech Companies, Distributors & Integrator management.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors and systems integrators, ensuring revenue push
  • Experience in selling to enterprises with CoEs and a thorough understanding of electronic boards.
  • Drive the entry and growth of our electronic products in the Indian B2B market, targeting distributors, systems integrators (SIs), MSME’s and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India. Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales.
