WE ARE SEEKING…

* Candidates with 6 months to a max of 1 year of experience in a role where they have handled inbound and outbound calling with customers

1. Coordinated with customers and internal teams to get tasks done
2. Have experience in replying to emails or chat or both in English
3. Have GOOD command over Spoken and Written English
4. Have infrastructure to work from home OR work from our HQ at Okhla, New Delhi
5. Knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel will be a BONUS
6. Experience in data entry and management will be a BONUS
